Prof. Faten Gorsane leads the research activities of the consortium partner at the University of Tunis el Manar. Her work focuses principally on genetics with expertise in genomics, biotechnology, plant-microbe/plant-pathogen/plant-environment interactions and plant engineering.
Professor at Centre de Biotechnologie de Borj Cédria, his expertise focuses on plant molecular physiology and biochemistry, development of culturing conditions for glycophytes and halophytes, development of new stress tolerant plants and quantitative methods to determine stress tolerance of plants, expertise in analytical methods to determine metabolites and secondary compounds
